Job Description
As a telemarketer at Prospex, your primary responsibility will be to initiate the sales process by confidently engaging in phone conversations with potential customers. You will aim to identify whether they are interested in learning more about our services or those of our customers, participating in a benchmark study, or setting up an introduction.
In addition to this, you will follow up with prospects who have previously interacted. This includes those who have downloaded a whitepaper, attended a webinar, or engaged with us on LinkedIn.
At Prospex, we specialize in building strong relationships with our customers, and as a telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact in developing these relationships!
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for commercial conversations and is committed to achieving results
- Has excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Is results-oriented and can work under pressure
- Has a good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Has at least an MBO level of education
